Henri Saivet is a French footballer who is considered to be a promising talent, drawing comparison to fellow French striker Thierry Henry.

Saivet signed his first professional contract with FC Girondins de Bordeaux in 2007, thus making him the youngest professional player in the history of FC Girondins de Bordeaux.He also made quite an impact at the UEFA Under17 European Championship with his national team.

Henri is the team's basic striker despite his age.He has taken a heavy burden but he is managing to do great so far.An explosive striker who is known for his power , speed and tecnhique.There has been many transfer speculations and he was chased by numerous groups,but Henri is staying focused and of course he is staying put.He is indispensable to the club.The future lies at his feet.

He was also part of the squad that qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.He is a hard worker on the pitch and a mighty threat from the left side if he notices a weak spot in the opposing defence.
